The Village of Brockport was recently selected by Parks & Trails New York (PTNY) to be the pilot community for their new Empire State Trail Town Program.
In partnership with the NY State Canal Corporation, PTNY is working on a program to provide resources and assistance to villages that wish to improve tourism and trail use. Through successful implementation of the program, PTNY hopes that we can establish a strong community identity tied to the trail.
